Subscription & Refund Policy

Bigtablet, Inc. (hereinafter the "Company")

This English version is provided for convenience. In case of any inconsistency, the Korean version shall prevail.


Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of this Policy is to set out matters concerning paid subscriptions, payment, refunds, and cancellation of subscriptions for the "Notiiv" service (hereinafter the "Service") operated by Bigtablet, Inc.


Article 2 (Definitions)

  1. "Service" means the mobile application and related web services provided by the Company, including features such as meeting recording, AI summarization, and follow-up schedule management.
  2. "Paid Subscription" means the Pro Plan and the Team Plan, excluding the Free Plan.
  3. "Credit" means the usage unit provided for using the recording and AI summarization features within the Service.
  4. "Use" means having run at least one recording, generated at least one AI summary, or consumed at least one minute of Credit after paying for a Paid Subscription.
  5. "In-App Purchase (IAP)" means an in-app payment made through the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.
  6. "Direct Payment" means a direct payment made through a payment gateway (PG) provider designated by the Company.
  7. "Monthly List Price" means the standard subscription fee based on a monthly subscription, i.e., the price to which no annual subscription discount has been applied.

Article 3 (Subscription Plans and Payment)

  1. The Paid Subscription plans of the Service are as follows.
    • Pro Plan (Individual): Monthly subscription, paid via In-App Purchase (IAP)
    • Team Plan (Team): Monthly subscription, paid through the Company's own payment system, purchased from a minimum of 5 licenses
  2. A subscription begins on the payment date and, unless cancelled, automatically renews according to the subscription cycle (monthly).
  3. Auto-renewal payments are processed using the registered payment method on the day before the subscription expiration date.

Article 4 (Free Trial)

  1. The Pro Plan provides a 14-day free trial only to users who have completed identity verification.
  2. If the subscription is cancelled within the free trial period, no fee is charged.
  3. If the subscription is not cancelled by the end of the free trial period, it automatically switches to the Free Plan.
  4. The free trial is provided only once per person and may not be used more than once with the same identity verification information.

Article 5 (Withdrawal of Subscription and Refunds: Pro Plan, In-App Purchase)

  1. Refunds for Pro Plan subscriptions made via In-App Purchase (IAP) are governed by the refund policy of the relevant platform (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
    • Apple App Store: Request a refund through Apple Support
    • Google Play Store: Request a refund through Google Play Support
  2. The Company has no direct authority to process refunds for in-app purchases, and whether a refund is granted is determined by the relevant platform.
  3. However, in any of the following cases, the Company may provide compensation within a reasonable scope through customer support, separately from the platform refund.
    • Where normal use was impossible due to a serious error in the Service
    • Where the Service was suspended for an extended period (72 consecutive hours or more) due to a cause attributable to the Company

Article 6 (Withdrawal of Subscription and Refunds: Team Plan, Direct Payment)

  1. Monthly Subscription
    • Within 7 days of the payment date and where the Service has not been used: Full refund
    • Within 7 days of the payment date but where the Service has been used: No refund
    • More than 7 days after the payment date: No refund
  2. Changes to the Number of Licenses
    • Adding licenses: The amount corresponding to the remaining subscription period from the time of addition is calculated on a pro-rata (daily) basis and charged.
    • Reducing licenses: The reduced number of licenses is reflected from the next billing cycle, and the difference for the current billing cycle is not refunded.
    • Reduction below the minimum number of licenses (5) is not permitted; in such a case, the Team Plan must be cancelled and switched to the Pro Plan.
  3. Refund amounts are returned to the original payment method, and refund processing may take 5 to 10 business days.

Article 7 (Cases Where Refunds Are Restricted)

In any of the following cases, withdrawal of subscription is restricted pursuant to Article 17(2) of the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce.

  1. Where the value of the Service has significantly decreased due to the user's use of the Service (running a recording, generating an AI summary, consuming Credits, etc.)
  2. Where use of the Service has become impossible due to a cause attributable to the user (account suspension, violation of the Terms of Service, etc.)
  3. A refund request for a previous billing cycle whose subscription period has elapsed
  4. A refund request arising from payment made by a third party (except where an exception applies under relevant laws)

Article 8 (Cancellation of Subscription)

  1. Users may cancel their subscription at any time.
    • Pro Plan (IAP): Cancel through subscription management in the device settings or the relevant app store
    • Team Plan (Direct Payment): Cancel through the Organization management page within the Service or through customer support
  2. Upon cancellation, the current subscription period already paid for can be used normally until its expiration date.
  3. Once the subscription expiration date passes after cancellation, the subscription automatically switches to the Free Plan.
  4. Upon switching to the Free Plan, the use of paid features (offline recording, external file upload, AI follow-up schedules, etc.) is restricted, while existing recording and summary data is retained.
  5. Upon cancellation of the Team Plan, access to meeting records shared within the Organization is maintained and can be viewed for 30 days after cancellation; after 30 days, the records are permanently deleted.

Article 9 (Credit Policy)

  1. The monthly Credits of the Pro Plan are granted on the start date of each billing cycle, and unused Credits do not carry over to the next cycle.
  2. Team Plan Credits are provided on an Organization basis and may be used within a reasonable scope in accordance with the Company's Fair Use Policy.
  3. Credits are not refundable in cash and may not be transferred to others.
  4. Upon cancellation of a subscription or a refund, any remaining Credits are forfeited.

Article 10 (Price Changes)

  1. The Company may change the Service subscription fees, and will give notice through in-service announcements and the registered email at least 30 days in advance of any such change.
  2. The changed fees apply from the next billing cycle and do not affect the current billing cycle.
  3. If a user does not agree to the changed fees, they may cancel the subscription before the start of the next billing cycle.

Article 11 (How to Request a Refund)

  1. Refund requests may be made through the following methods.
  2. When requesting a refund, the following information must be submitted together.
    • Sign-up email address
    • Payment date/time and payment amount
    • Reason for the refund
  3. The Company will respond as to whether a refund is possible within 3 business days of receiving the refund request.

Article 12 (Service Failure and Compensation)

  1. Where use of the Service is impossible for 24 consecutive hours or more due to a cause attributable to the Company, the subscription period is extended free of charge by an equivalent period.
  2. Where use of the Service is impossible for 72 consecutive hours or more due to a cause attributable to the Company, the user may request cancellation of the subscription and a pro-rata refund for the remaining period.

Article 13 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

  1. This Policy is interpreted and applied in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
  2. Where a dispute arises in connection with this Policy, the parties will follow the dispute resolution procedures under relevant laws, such as the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce.
  3. Where litigation is necessary, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's head office is the court of first instance.

Addendum

  1. This Policy takes effect on May 15, 2026.
  2. This Policy also applies to users who signed up before this Policy took effect.
