Fair Use Policy

Effective Date: May 15, 2026

Bigtablet, Inc. (hereinafter the "Company")

This English version is provided for convenience. In case of any inconsistency, the Korean version shall prevail.

Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of this Policy is to establish reasonable usage standards to ensure that the unlimited credits provided under the Team Plan of the Notiiv service (hereinafter the "Service") are delivered fairly and reliably to all users.

Article 2 (Scope of Application)

  1. This Policy applies to organizations subscribed to the Team Plan and their affiliated members.
  2. The Pro Plan is not subject to this Policy, as it provides a fixed monthly credit allowance (1,200 minutes per month).

Article 3 (Fair Use Standards)

  1. Standard Usage Limit Unlimited use with no restrictions.

Article 4 (Prohibited Conduct)

The following acts are deemed to fall outside the scope of fair use, and the Company may restrict use of the Service without prior notice.

  1. Automation Abuse: Generating large volumes of recordings or summaries through automated means such as bots, scripts, or macros.
  2. Resale or Redistribution: Selling or redistributing STT or AI summary outputs generated through the Service to third parties for commercial purposes.
  3. Account Sharing: Granting access to the organization's account to unlicensed external parties.
  4. Circumvention: Creating multiple organizations to bypass usage limits.
  5. Non-Business Bulk Use: Uploading large volumes of content unrelated to meetings or business (e.g., music, video, broadcasts, or personal phone call recordings not intended for business purposes) to generate STT or summaries.

Article 5 (Enterprise Use)

  1. Where an organization's usage or scale exceeds a certain threshold, the Company may propose a separate enterprise agreement to that organization.
  2. Under an enterprise agreement, customized usage limits and pricing tailored to the organization's actual usage patterns will be negotiated.

Article 6 (Changes to This Policy)

  1. The Company may modify the fair use standards in response to service operating conditions, changes in infrastructure costs, and similar factors.
  2. In the event of any change to these standards, the Company will notify the organization owner at least 30 days in advance through in-service announcements and via the registered email address.
  3. The revised standards will take effect from the billing cycle following the date of notice.
